Product Description
ELETTRACQUA Pure Steam Generators (PSG) are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing and are supplied with a comprehensive range of standard features. Each system includes a double tube-sheet sanitary heat exchanger, an AISI 316L stainless steel cyclone steam separator, and a 4–20 mA feedwater level control system for precise process monitoring. Pure steam pressure and temperature transmitters, along with plant steam pressure regulation, ensure reliable and consistent operation.
Product-contact surfaces feature a standard internal mechanical finish of Ra ≤ 0.6 μm, with optional electropolishing and enhanced surface finishes of Ra ≤ 0.5 μm or Ra ≤ 0.3 μm available to meet specific process requirements. The system is mounted on a robust AISI steel support frame and is equipped with a PLC/HMI control system for intuitive operation and process control.
