Automated from Rack to Freezer
cryoFIL® is compatible with Controlled Rate Freezer (CRF) racks and is designed to fit directly into existing workflows. Each vial is individually transferred from the rack, uncapped, filled and recapped before being returned to its original position. The completed rack can then move directly to the freezer, minimizing further handling and maintaining sample integrity. The platform provides 100% in-process fill verification and can achieve fill accuracy of up to ±1%, supporting consistent dosing across the batch.

cryoFIL® is suitable for batch sizes ranging from 10 to 1,000 cryovials, providing a scalable approach as cell therapy manufacturing requirements increase.
