Product Description
PIERCAN Gloves is the undisputed leader in containment gloves, setting the standard for both quality and responsiveness.
The manufacturing process involves dipping molds in either an aqueous medium (emulsion dipping) or a suitable solvent (solution dipping), depending on the type of elastomer used. Emulsion dipping is employed for neoprene and natural rubber, while solution dipping is used for CSM, EPDM, various types of polyurethane, and BHP. After multiple stages of dipping, the gloves undergo vulcanization to achieve the desired mechanical properties.
PIERCAN ensures product quality through a rigorous quality control procedure that spans design, manufacturing, testing, and dispatch, all while complying with PPE regulations.
